I just finished reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and if I apply what I learned to your article, Rich Dad was his coach.

Robert Kiyosaki doesn't talk much about using coaches, he does push people to attend conferences/seminars that are more than one day. That being said, he does have his team of advisors as you state.
