I just saw the JLO Netflix Documentary last night and it was kind of sad.

I remember watching the Avicii documentary as well and it was heartbreaking. Who we surround ourselves with can make us or break us.

In JLo's case, she is trying to climb a ladder that has never been climbed before by someone like her. She is a woman, Latina, a mom, and a wife (sometimes). That can be detrimental to your health and well-being.

As an introvert, you really do feel like something is wrong with you if you feel like you want some downtime or aren't excited about the jam-packed event like everyone else.
