I wish I would have known about quiet quitting when I had my 9-5.

I quit because I always went above and beyond. During the pandemic, even more, covered for colleagues that were having a hard time mentally. In the end, I screwed myself. I quit.

If I ever return to work in any capacity it will be with this mindset that you shared. Live more and work less.
